COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control CQPM3D200B2P-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datalogic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nissei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP675SC11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GWY01IND01 manufactured by Datalogic and we are pleased to be able to service most Datalogic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GFMN15120T40T by Manufacturer Nissei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand EPR9089 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Monitronix such as GLCD equipment made by Monitronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Monitronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Monitronix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECSES064C4B made by Lenze as well as the popular GLC150SC41 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GL350 by Red-Lion and GLCD spares by Monitronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GOT1000GT1685MSTBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
